This workshop is designed to give an understanding on what is and how negotiating works, the nuances, the communications and defining, needs, wants and tradeable.

How to prepare for a negotiation and how to measure if they have been successful - including real-life situations to familiarise participants with authentic business English dialogue, asking questions, sensitive discussions and persuasion techniques.
