Team Q³
As an important component in the development of the Q³UoC system, Team Q³ – Evaluation, Development & Accreditation is assigned to the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching and Studies and acts as a communicator and service facility between the faculties and the central institutions.
Fields of work
In addition to dual leadership, Q³ includes teams for supporting and coordinating (re)accreditation procedures, for evaluations and supervision for the evasys survey software, for digital workflows and knowledge management, and for online self-assessments (OSA). It also includes committee management, which organizes the Accreditation Committee and the Teaching and Learning Committee (LSK).
Q³ handles the following fields of work ...
- operational coordination and support for the system accreditation process,
- Implementation of internal (re-)accreditation procedures,
- Implementation of central surveys and data collection on degree programmes,
- Implementation of the meta-evaluation of Q³UzK,
- Design of knowledge management and digital workflow,
- Design of online self-assessments.
Q³ works closely with ...
- the faculties' quality management teams (faculty QM),
- the Team Reporting Teaching and Studies and
- the Strategic Controlling & Information Management department.
Q³ also advises the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Studies and the Deans of Studies on strategic decision-making processes relating to QM.
