Position in Molecular Neurobiology
Applications
are invited to study a new and unique neuroprotective factor for axons, that
delays injury-induced axon loss and alters the symptoms of diverse
neurodegenerative diseases (Nat. Neurosci. (2001) 4: 1199-1206). You would join a young international group of the ZMMK,
located in the Institute for Genetics.
Previous
experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous: cell or
molecular biology, immunochemistry, histopathology, analysis of gene expression
or gene therapy. Good knowledge of
English is essential.
