Teaching & Learning
The University Award for Teaching & Learning recognizes individuals whose thoughtfully implemented teaching/learning offerings or projects serve as exemplary models for the university’s approach to teaching and learning. Consideration is given to those who have demonstrated innovation and exceptional commitment in the design and/or implementation of a teaching/learning offering or project, thereby making an outstanding contribution to the field of teaching and learning.
The decision regarding the recipient of the University Award in the category of Teaching & Learning is made by the Rectorate based on the recommendation of the Commission for Teaching, Studies, and Student Affairs.
The Rectorate decides on the awarding of the University Prize in the category of Teaching & Learning based on the recommendation of the Commission for Teaching, Studies and Student Affairs.
Nominated may be:
Individuals who are active at the University of Cologne. This explicitly includes students with student-led offerings and projects.
Eligible to make proposals are:
All individuals, explicitly including students.
