Adenauer Lecture 2026

On Saturday, 10 January 2026, the Adenauer Lecture 2026 was held in the main lecture hall of the University of Cologne. The event was jointly hosted by the University of Cologne and the Adenauer family. The lecture was delivered by the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Professor Dr Stephan Harbarth.

The Adenauer Lecture series is an established forum for discussing political culture in Germany, Europe, and the world with distinguished personalities, and for reflecting on the major political challenges of our time. The Adenauer Lecture 2026 took place in the anniversary year “150 years of Konrad Adenauer”.
