Administration & Science Management

The University Award for Administration & Science Management acknowledges employees or working groups based on the following criteria:

  • Outstanding performance in the implementation of official duties (no longer than three years ago)
  • Benefit for various users
  • Relevance for equal opportunities, sustainability, or communication
  • Long-term usability
  • Innovative character

The decision regarding the recipient of the University Award in the category of Administration & Science Management is made by the Rectorate based on the recommendation of the Speaker of the Deans and the Commercial Director of the University Hospital Cologne.

The Rectorate decides on the awarding of the University Prize in the category of Administration & Science Management based on the recommendation of the spokesperson for the deans and the commercial director of Cologne University Hospital. 

Nominated may be:
  • Individual persons from the group of employees in technical and administrative departments or academic staff,
  • Working groups / organizational units of central administration, central units, faculties, and other organizational units of the university.
Eligible to make proposals are all members of the university:
  • Students
  • Doctoral candidates
  • University professors
  • Academic staff
  • Employees in technical and administrative departments
