The workshop is being organised by the India Offices of the University of Cologne (UoC), Max Planck Society, and Hertie School, and is co-funded by the German Centre for Research and Innovation (DWIH) New Delhi.
About the workshop: The proposed Indo-German workshop examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in legal systems and judicial processes in India and Germany. It brings together scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and PhD researchers to discuss governance, ethics, constitutional safeguards, and technological innovation in justice systems
