Dr. Lisa Riedel
Lisa Riedel has been a board member of the Junior Faculty Club since October 2025, representing the Faculty of Law. Since spring 2025, she has held the position of Academic Councillor (Akademische Rätin a.Z.) and is a habilitand at the Institute for Sustainability as well as the Chair of Civil Law, Accounting, and Tax Law (Prof. Dr. Joachim Hennrichs). Previously, she worked for several years as a lawyer and tax consultant. In 2017, she earned her doctorate at the University of Cologne on a topic related to the taxation of partnerships and was awarded the Albert-Hensel Prize by the German Tax Law Society and the Gerhard-Thoma Honorary Prize by the Specialist Institute of Tax Advisors in 2018. Dr. Lisa Riedel studied law and business administration at the Technical University of Chemnitz, the University of Tampere (Finland), and the University of Cologne. Her research focuses on civil law, corporate law, and tax law, with a particular emphasis on all aspects of the taxation of partnerships.
