Who are my contact persons?
The colleagues at the Centers for International Relations (ZIBs) serve as direct contact persons for Cologne students who wish to spend a period abroad at a partner university. There, you will also receive information on the application, selection, and recognition procedures.
The administrative organization and financial management are handled by the central Erasmus+ Coordination in the International Office. This includes, among other things, the overall coordination of the EU program, central administration of agreements, initiation and renewal of agreements in consultation with the departmental coordinators, submission of applications to the relevant European institutions, budget management, disbursement of mobility grants and organizational funds, reporting to the DAAD/European Commission, and advising students on administrative matters.
