Graduate Schools and Doctoral Programs
The University of Cologne has established faculty-wide and permanent graduate schools in all six faculties, which are networked with each other via the Albertus Magnus Centre. Further subject-specific and third-party funded doctoral programmes and other third-party funded projects are embedded in this structure.
This holistic structure makes it possible to utilise synergies, e.g. for personnel development measures, or process and quality management.
